Bacterial Inoculant for Alfalfa and Grasses to Make Them Salt Tolerant
The invention includes several bacterial species selected for their salt tolerance that can be innoculated on alfalfa and certain grasses to make them salt tolerant. Data of performance are currently based on greenhouse test. Field trials are now underway. Could have broad capability - alfalfa and the grasses mentioned are the first plants that have been tried.
