Data QUEST

Data QUEST provides access to electronic health datasets from community-based primary care clinics in the Northwest region. Data QUEST links engaged communities with researchers to meet the health needs of communities of under-served and rural populations.

Steps Required to Obtain Data
Gaining access to Data QUEST data involves the following five steps:

1. Use our website to learn what data are available via Data QUEST.
2. Make an initial request to see if your research needs fit with available Data QUEST data.
3. Work with our expert team to gain appropriate permissions to use data. Our team will work with our community partners to help you get the needed permissions, and to make sure all appropriate regulatory requirements are met.
4. Request the data. Our expert team will help you define the specifications and data elements you will need for your study, and will work with you to make sure your project timelines can be met.
5. Obtain the data. Our team will deliver your dataset and a data dictionary.
