Ramona frequently serves as a clinical advisor to organizations interested in whole-patient care and transformational team models. She is well-versed in Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking methodologies and draws on her deep experience and diverse methodology capabilities to deliver consumable and adoptable recommendations.
Ramona has a BSN from New York University, a BA in History from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master's in Healthcare Innovation from Arizona State University. She has also completed a certificate in Product Management from the University of Washington. Ramona maintains active RN licensure in Washington State.
