Many entrepreneurs rush into product development and don't think to engage customers in the process before it is too late. In this roundtable, serial entrepreneur Brian Glaister, Conflux Innovations, will share his customer discovery process to de-risk your start-up before you spend a dime on product development.

Topics covered will include using marketing automation techniques to quickly schedule customer interviews, leveraging behavioral economic theories to determine customer needs as well as reasons they make purchase decisions, and navigating the Five Points of Healthcare to build business models that create winners throughout the complicated healthcare stakeholder map. Ample time will be reserved to help entrepreneurs troubleshoot their efforts.
