Jennifer Ngo is a Human Resources Executive with 30 years of experience. Her passion is providing HR solutions for her clients by helping them build data-driven HR infrastructures to solve their organizations’ staffing, employee relations and compliance issues. The majority of Jennifer’s career has been in nonprofit and start-up environments – she loves having the ability to create something amazing from the ground up. Recently, she has been the VP of Human Resources for a multi-state, healthcare organization, which led her to start Avant Workforce Solutions – a company dedicated to tackling one of healthcare’s biggest headaches: staffing. She also serves on the Board of Advisors for a start-up company that helps organizations improve their staffing quality and retention by bringing competency based development programs to their workforce.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Utah. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, reading and listening to music. Jennifer also enjoys mentoring up-and-coming HR professionals where she shares her knowledge and passion for HR.
