BIO: Saugata Chakraborty, is the Director of Design & Quality Improvement for the COVID Response & Impact Group (CORIGQI). He enjoys connecting the dots, creative leadership practices towards building human-centric teams and using data-driven stories to influence systemic changes. In his current role, he employs design thinking techniques that combine the lens of the patients and providers to improve & optimize service delivery of care for the vulnerable populations. What gets his engines racing is collaborating with innovators and entrepreneurs around the healthcare world who are re-imagining their domains and inspiring others to build a better future for all.
BIO: Dr. Annalee Coakley, MD, is the physician lead with Calgary's Mosaic Refugee Health Clinic. She has been heavily involved in liaising with Community Aid agencies to provide the necessary food, income, social and isolation support to the Cargill community during the COVID outbreak. She is a practicing family physician, a global expert and a strong advocate for refugee health services.
