Q&A roundtable discussions are conducted by the community to provide opportunities for a small group discussion with subject matter experts.

There are 10 seats at the table for the 90-minute discussion.

Join Brinton Frisby & Tammy Sparrow, 3M Health Information Systems, to discuss how to use agile software development in health care to improve products and processes. Additionally, we will address how to scale those approaches across your teams and with your customers.

Bios:

Brinton Frisby is the Director of Product Development for Revenue Cycle Solutions at 3M Health Information Systems. He oversees technical development and strategy for solutions that include medical coding, Computer Assisted Coding (CAC), Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI), Computer Assisted Physician Documentation (CAPD), and Profession Fee Coding. In his current role he oversees all product development activities and works to ensure consistent use of common platforms and tools throughout the product portfolio. He also oversees innovation efforts in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) that continually make the 3M CAC and CDI solutions best of class (https://www.prnewswire.com/in/news-releases/3m-acclaimed-by-frost--sullivan-for-the-3m-360-encompass-system-its-ai-driven-technology-for-healthcare-coding-and-documentation-702054921.html). As a 30 year veteran at 3M, Tammy has served in a wide variety roles including quality assurance, customer support, process reengineering, Six Sigma Black Belt, and product development management.
