The Nanodropper is a universal adaptor for eyedrop medication bottles that creates smaller and more efficacious droplets to extend bottle-life, decrease cost, and ultimately increase access to expensive medications. It offers cost-savings of up to $2500/year/Rx, eliminates premature bottle exhaustion, and reduces side effects. These benefits extend to every step in the healthcare system, reducing the burden from hospitalizations and complications due to disease progression.
Ondine Research Laboratories Inc.
Antimicrobial device + formulation for decolonization of pathogenic microorganisms from the anterior nasal passages. The process rapidly and lethally disrupts the microbial cell wall, leaving human tissue unharmed. A topically applied photosensitizer formulation selectively stains bacteria by binding with microbial cell wall components. Low-intensity, non-thermal red light is absorbed by the photosensitizer molecules, producing reactive oxygen molecules that cause lethal cell wall disruption.

In solid tumors there are many opportunities to go off label from existing treatment pathways and still be under standard of care. Being able to help patients with the advent of telehealth and with novel clinical products entering the market on a constant basis will drive the adoption of personalized medicine. In a large class of solid tumors we have produced a digital health solution for patients and caregivers to utilize to navigate their healthcare journey. In a subsection of tumors we will pay for access to diagnostics and treatments to drive health outcomes.
Proteios Technology, Inc.
Cell therapies have emerged as highly promising treatments for cancers and diseases resulting from viral infection. We are designing a cGMP instrument for multivariate cell separation during cell therapy manufacturing, with an initial focus on T cells for autologous CAR-T cell therapies and Natural Killer cells for allogeneic viral and cancer therapies. Our technology avoids the use of antibodies and magnetics beads, and allows for cell separations based on multiple factors in a single step.
SUTUREGARD Medical, Inc
HEMIGARD is a novel disruptive technology that disperses suture tension away from the skin edge, allowing surgeons to use conventional suture at high tension and close many wounds that are usually not able to be closed, and instead require skin flaps or grafts, or natural wound care as they heal gradually over weeks or months. HEMIGARD is used intraoperatively and is left in place postoperatively for 2 weeks, supporting the wound during the high risk period where it may open (dehiscence).
TourniTek
TourniTek is the first pre-hospital treatment for limb threatening injuries. Using therapeutic cooling, TourniTek preserves injured limbs in the field until patients can be transported to definitive surgical care. By treating these injuries prior to surgical care, TourniTek can prevent amputation and permanent disability. However, our technology goes beyond just saving limbs. TourniTek is a critical preparedness tool that can be used in a variety of acute care situations such as hypothermia, hyperthermia, burns, and metabolic damage.
Wave Therapeutics
Our devices combine two clinically validated therapeutic processes to eliminate pressure "hot spots" and assist with venous blood return. In addition, our smart devices utilize arrays of sensors to provide patients and clinicians with real-time data to inform better treatment decisions.
