The Impactful Innovation Exchange is a comprehensive platform where changemakers can search for emerging and/or proven innovations to solve health care problems.
Innovations included in this exchange must:
- Seek to positively impact at least one component of the Triple Aim (improvements in population health, experience of care, & per capita cost) without negatively impacting the other components
- Fall within Cambia Grove's Impactful Innovation Process (please click process arrows below to learn about each stage)
How to use this resource to search for an innovation:

Health Stream Analytics can help choose the right biosensors for your health monitoring or research needs and empower you by getting more health-relevant information out of them over time. We offer pro bono work in COVID-19 prediction/early detection space.
When you participate in Health Stream Analytics and receive your report, you can opt to receive our quarterly newsletter. It provides updates on what we are learning from the aggregate of the data collected and analyzed to date. When you join Health Stream Analytics, you are contributing to crowdsourced research that is performed with scientific rigor, integrity, and respect for the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. Our HRV algorithms have not been submitted to the FDA. Once they are further developed and refined with the help of participants like you, we intend to submit them to the scrutiny of the FDA and to offer a membership program. Subscribing members will receive a real-time analysis of their biometric data to give them information that they can use to make decisions related to their health and well-being.

Lack of framework for helping elders/seniors explore and share connection and meaningful social inclusion.
The Wellness Study works to develop and test the effectiveness of individuals tracking their symptoms, recording personal experiences about health, and understanding their coping mechanisms in parallel with existing healthcare treatments. The study provides a complement of tools to support self-care for those suffering from Long COVID and other chronic illnesses. There are three cohorts of participants and two of the three will be directed to interact with peers who have similar health conditions.
