Bio:

Erik Winters - Erik is a seasoned associate who has worked with diverse organizations, from early stage start-ups to the Fortune 50. He has experience working in a variety of roles at early stage companies, from product development to fund raising to business development. His role at Forum Solutions involves helping companies refine their business strategy as they prepare for fund raising. Erik has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Brown University and an MBA from Cornell with a concentration in Finance. When he’s not serving clients, he is helping raise his young family, rowing or practicing cross-fit with a little too much enthusiasm.

Stephanie Fiano – Stephanie is a seasoned healthcare leader with over 13 years of professional experience as a healthcare consultant and strategist, executive in a technology start-up, and healthcare practice builder. She loves building new growth strategies, assessing competitive positioning, and developing new products. She is passionate about engaging customers and stakeholders early and believes that thorough planning and solid execution are in and of themselves, strategic functions and sources of competitive advantage.
